1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlayKoreanWithMe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlayKoreanWithMe allows users to search Korean phrases and watch short video clips from YouTube where those phrases are spoken by native speakers. Video content is embedded from YouTube via the YouTube IFrame API and is not hosted by us.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free users may perform up to 10 searches per day. Pro subscribers enjoy unlimited searches. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our payment processor.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All video content is owned by the respective YouTube channel owners. PlayKoreanWithMe does not claim ownership of any video content. Subtitle text and timestamps are stored solely for the purpose of enabling phrase search functionality.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: attempt to circumvent search limits, scrape or bulk-download data from the Service, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of subtitles or search results.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
